This portal is used to inform us of any violations of the law or guidelines. Every employee and also all members, volunteers, customers or suppliers can use this portal to forward perceived abnormalities to an ombudsman for information and examination. If desired, this reporting system can also be made completely anonymous to the ombudsman. The code sent to you after a complete report only allows you to communicate with the ombudsman in relation to the report, for example to receive feedback, answer queries or exercise your rights under Section 36 of the Whistleblower Act.

What you can do to protect yourself

- You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
- You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
